How To Make Home Cooking Easily At Home With Bitter Gourd And Tomatoes

Bitter gourd and tomatoes are a perfect home-cooked dish. In summer, a plate of delicious food, crisp and appetizing, is a special dish that everyone at the table is eager to eat.

Bitter Gourd Salad with Tomatoes Recipe:

1 fresh bitter gourd, about 150 grams, 2 fresh tomatoes, about 250 grams, 1 garlic, 1 tablespoon of sugar;

Wash the fresh bitter gourd first, remove the seeds, soak in boiling water for 3 minutes, cut into filaments, and set aside.
